My name is Mai Anh. I am of Vietnamese origin, and I have been living and working in France for almost 12 years. Before coming to France, I had the chance to travel and live in several countries. Intercultural exchange has been a central part of my journey. Like anyone who decides to settle in a new country, I’ve experienced my share of highs and lows, and I deeply understand the challenges (sometimes painful) that we face daily as expatriates or new comers.

This is why I launched Talents 100 frontières, a professional integration accelerator for international talents and cultural diversity in the workplace. It was born from a clear observation: many foreign professionals, despite their incredible skills, face difficulties integrating into the French workplace, taking charge of their professional lives, and thriving fully. Some end up trying to “erase” their identity, thinking this will help them be accepted by their host society, only to feel further from their personal fulfillment.

A few years ago, I might have thought the same...

A few years ago, I didn’t dare to speak out when I experienced racism or injustice.

A few years ago, I sometimes lived in denial of my true self.

A few years ago, I watched other foreigners around me struggle, and I felt powerless to help them…

Then, one day, I decided.

I decided to express who I am and what I stand for.

I decided to embrace and celebrate my multifaceted identity, my Franco-Vietnamese heritage, and the richness of my lived experiences across different countries (Ukraine, Vietnam, France).

I decided to no longer stay silent in the face of racism, discrimination, and injustice.

I also decided to help others, people from all backgrounds, to be accepted for who they are and, most importantly, to express and celebrate their talents, identities, and journeys.

I decided to raise awareness and share the immense value of different cultures, diversity, and openness, to encourage empathy and genuine curiosity. 

I believe in fostering personal and professional relationships that lead to meaningful growth, better understanding, and, ultimately, a more fulfilling life.

Today, I am proud and happy to have found my life’s mission.

It’s one that strives to create a world where openness, mutual respect, and curiosity become fundamental values. A world where every encounter is an opportunity to grow, understand, and connect.
